UCSD Student Section of the Society of Women Engineers Announce ENVISION 2021

The UC San Diego Student Section of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) would like to encourage  female students to register for Envision 2021

 

Envision is UC San Diego’s Society of Women Engineers’ annual, free month-long virtual program that educates high school girls about the endless career possibilities in engineering and computer science. The program will include guest speakers from academia and current college students, hands-on computer science and engineering activities, and virtual lab tours from researchers at UC San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering. There will also be a short, free program for parents to help prepare their child for college and their pursuit in engineering. We encourage all families to attend! 

 

Envision will be held on Every Saturday from February 6th to February 27th at 10AM-12:30PM (PST). 

The Envision Parent Program will be held Saturday, February 27th from 9 AM-10AM (PST).

 

Sign-ups are open now! All accepted applicants will be notified by the end of December.

There is no admission fee for Envision and all necessary materials will be provided. There are explicit directions on the website to help guide students through the registration process.
